Lead the Way as Our General Manager at More Better!
Are you a natural leader with a knack for organization and a passion for driving success? At More Better, located in the charming town of Round Hill, VA, we’re looking for a General Manager to take the helm and help us continue to grow and thrive. If you have at least one year of experience and are ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be DoingAs the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leads FOH Operations
- Handles Hiring, Training, Scheduling
- Keeps Service Consistent
- Manages Ordering, Inventory, and Vendors
- Prioritizes Guest Experience, Cleanliness, and A Helathy Work Culture
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership position.
- Leadership Skills : The ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
- Organizational Skills : A talent for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with team members and customers alike.
- Problem-Solving Ability : A resourceful mindset to tackle challenges and implement effective solutions.
