We’re looking for a Residential HVAC Service Manager who is a strong leader of people, performance, and culture. This role is responsible for developing technicians, driving results, and ensuring every customer receives top-tier service. You will: Lead and develop technicians Drive team performance and accountability Coach consistent service and customer experience Set the tone for professionalism and results This is not a desk-only role —you’ll be in the field coaching, supporting, and leading your team daily. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Accountability Lead, coach, and hold technicians accountable to performance standards Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and results Drive daily execution through clear expectations and communication Performance Focus Drive team results Identify gaps and coach for immediate improvement Coaching & Development Train technicians on: Building rapport with customers Presenting options based on homeowner needs Communication and professionalism Conduct ride‑alongs, performance reviews, and real‑time coaching Develop technicians into top performers Customer Experience Handle escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism Ensure every customer interaction reflects a high standard Support a 5-star service experience Standards & Consistency Ensure proper documentation, job notes, and process consistency Uphold safety protocols and company standards What We’re Looking For 24+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, or management Strong ability to hold accountability and drive performance Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Customer‑focused mindset Important HVAC technical experience is NOT required EPA certification is NOT required Mechanical experience is a plus, but not necessary We are looking for a leader of people and performance —not just a technical expert. #J-18808-Ljbffr
