Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through live video consultations with adults experiencing various emotional disorders.

  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to enhance comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies effectively.

  • Access ongoing support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily adults navigating mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. We emphasize providing culturally responsive and personalized care, ensuring that each client feels understood and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Active licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.
  • \n
  • At least two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting, demonstrating a strong command of therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in telehealth counseling or a willingness to adapt to a digital healthcare environment.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, especially CBT and the Unified Protocol.

  • Diversity in clinical exposure, particularly working with high-risk populations, including clients with suicidal ideation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brightside Health offers a competitive salary between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
