Overview of the Position:
- Location: Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Associates - Franklin and UPMC Northwest
- Addresses: 44 Circle Street, Franklin, PA 16323 and 100 Fairfield Dr, Seneca, PA 16346
- Visa Sponsorship: Accepts J1 Waiver and H-1B candidates for 2028 and beyond
- Comprehensive Compensation Package Includes:

Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
- Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
- American Board Eligible or Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Preference for Adult Reconstruction Fellowship, though not mandatory
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and necessary credentials
- DEA certification required

UPMC Northwest features 96 private rooms, including 30 that can be converted to semi-private, accommodating up to 126 beds. The facility includes a one-story, 28-bed behavioral health building connected to the hospital via an enclosed walkway. Additionally, there is a nine-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 16-bed transitional care unit adjacent to the hospital.
