The Wine Bar Manager will oversee daily operations of a small team in a medium-volume wine bar, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient bar service. This role emphasizes hospitality and occasional event planning to elevate the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of 1-5 staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
• Oversee bar service and inventory management
• Occasionally coordinate and plan events
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

 

Required Qualifications

• TABC certified
• Food handler certification

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in hospitality management
