Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support a tax credit/affordable housing community. The role involves hands-on maintenance of common areas and units, with duties spanning corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency tasks. On-site presence and safety adherence are essential.
