Location: Valencia, CA (91355)
Duration: 6 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift || 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant experience with strong computer and clerical skills.
- Healthcare experience is preferred, with medical staff experience being a strong plus.
Duties:
- Perform credentialing verification in Credential Stream and assist with sending pre-applications as requested.
- Prepare and organize files and physician onboarding folders.
- Answer phones, take messages when necessary, and answer the Physician Referral Line.
- Assist with the Med Staff Dashboard, including non-staff physician requests.
- Gather and prepare badges for pickup and put them away when needed.
- Handle filing and fax requests.
