The Opportunity
Are you a relationship-builder with a proven track record in IT consulting sales? We're seeking a driven Senior Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, win new logos, and build lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do
• Develop strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the IT services sector • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in target organizations • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our service areas • Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client solutions • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform your sales strategies
✅ What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 4+ years of experience in IT consulting services sales (non-negotiable) • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Strategic thinking and ability to execute complex sales plans • Self-motivation and results-driven mindset • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
