Join Our Team as a Sales Associate at Rex & Simba!

Are you passionate about pets and enjoy connecting with people? Rex & Simba, a boutique retail store offering premium dog wash and grooming services, is thrilled to announce the opening of our first location in Indiana in September 2026! We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to help us create a welcoming experience for our customers and their furry friends.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at Rex & Simba, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our boutique retail operations. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Assist customers in selecting boutique pet products that suit their needs.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our premium dog wash and grooming services.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked to create an inviting shopping environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
Checking in & out pets and setting up grooming appointments
Build lasting relationships with customers by creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about pets and has a knack for customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
Passion: A genuine love for pets and an interest in helping pet owners find the best products and services.
Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your teammates.
