RecruiterAs a Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility. You will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruitment plan, that you'll develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.Location: Bethlehem, PAEssential Job FunctionsCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirementsDevelop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientationsSource and screen resume to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualificationsManage the hiring process from offer to onboardingCreate an ongoing candidate pipelineManage paperless recruiting operationsMonitor the effectiveness of all ad campaignsParticipate in job fairs and community eventsExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferred2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related fieldProficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordStrong communications skills, both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsSalary Range: $22.64 - $28.30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.We offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
