Responsibilities include:Nursing tasks within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed providerAdminister medications and provide treatments prescribed by providersPerform immunizations and injectionsAssist in facilitating patient flow for the provider to ensure a seamless and efficient patient flowMaintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.Perform all CLIA waiver tests and ensures all tests are up to dateDemonstrate proper placement and documentation of PPDComply patient information in the absence of an RN and consult with medical providerYou will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.What it's Like to Work at Neighborhood:The top three words employees say describe the work environment are: teamwork, supportive, kind.
