Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Strategic Account Representative to join their team. In this critical role, you will be a Strategic Account Representative, focused on acquiring new business and building long-term partnerships with key clients. You will become the trusted advisor to our customers, driving multi-year supply agreements and exceeding their expectations.
- Forge strong relationships with new clients, develop creative sales strategies, and exceed sales goals.
- Communicate client''s value proposition and collaborate effectively across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Focus on understanding customer needs and challenges, leveraging your technical inquisitiveness to provide solutions that go beyond price.
- Become a trusted advisor to established accounts, keeping them informed of new product offerings and ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time, working closely with technical services and production to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Building trust and strategic partnerships with our customers to drive mutual success.

- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Proven track record of generating new business and building strong relationships.
- Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
