About The Role

Join Heating + Air Paramedics of Waxahachie as a dispatcher and be the vital link between our clients and our skilled technicians. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to coordinate service requests and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments efficiently. Coordinate technician routes to optimize service delivery and response times. Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with technicians to relay job details and updates. Monitor and manage service schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Utilize dispatch software to track and manage service operations. Assist in training new dispatch team members as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or management is a plus. Proven experience in dispatching or customer service, preferably in HVAC or related fields. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with dispatch software and scheduling tools. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
