Office Manager in Pampa, TX

Gray Hawk Land Solutions is currently hiring for the position of Office Manager/Administrative Assistant in Pampa, Texas. The individual we are looking for must be a self-starter and able to perform the below tasks with very little or no supervision. Experience in the Right-of-Way industry preferred but not required.

Office Manager/ Administrative assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

• Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, the government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be willing to work in office Monday-Friday in Pampa, TX.

Pay Rate:

This is Full-Time position with a pay rate at $22-$25/hour. This position offers full health, Vision & Dental benefits.
