RN ICU - Per Diem

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU or Telemetry Role Overview: Provide high-quality, safe patient care in an acute-care hospital setting, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Maintain accurate records, follow safety protocols, and educate patients and families about care plans. Responsibilities Include Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments Monitoring cardiac rhythms and specialized equipment Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Educating patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions Demonstrating professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Qualifications And Skills Active Virginia RN license At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test (within 12 months) COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption Additional credentials may be required based on specialty and facility Key Benefits Flexible scheduling with day and night shifts Competitive per diem pay rates Work as little as one shift per month or build a regular schedule Daily and weekly pay options Easy mobile scheduling and supportive staffing team Locally owned and operated for over 15 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
