Physician LiaisonJoin Bierman Autism Centers as a Physician Liaison and play a critical role in connecting children with autism to life-changing, evidence-based care across Ohio!In this highly visible, relationship-driven role, you will serve as a strategic bridge between Bierman and the medical community, partnering with pediatricians, specialists, and allied healthcare providers to expand access to ABA therapy. You will lead targeted outreach efforts, build and strengthen referral partnerships, and act as a trusted resource supporting families through the diagnostic and treatment journey.This role is ideal for someone who combines healthcare outreach expertise with a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and interdisciplinary care coordination. If you thrive in a field-based role and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, this is an opportunity to truly move the needle for children and families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Relationship DevelopmentEstablish and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, and other referral sourcesConduct regular in-person and virtual visits to physician offices, clinics, and hospitalsServe as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, referrals, and collaborationReferral Growth & StrategyExecute targeted outreach strategies to increase referral volume across New Jersey marketsAnalyze referral trends and identify opportunities for growth and market expansionMaintain and track referral pipelines using CRM systemEducation & OutreachProvide education to healthcare providers on ABA therapy, autism diagnosis pathways, and Bierman Autism Centers' servicesDeliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions to medical offices and community organizationsRepresent the organization at conferences, networking events, and professional meetings, as neededCare Coordination SupportFacilitate smooth referral and intake processes between providers and Bierman Autism CentersCollaborate with intake, clinical, and operations teams to ensure timely communication and service accessSupport continuity of care by maintaining communication with referring providersMarket IntelligenceStay informed on regional healthcare trends, payer landscapes, and competitor activityIdentify new partnership opportunities within hospitals, private practices, and community organizationsKey CompetenciesRelationship-building and influenceStrategic thinking and market analysisCommunication and public speakingOrganization and follow-throughMission-driven mindset with a passion for supporting children with autism and their familiesRequirementsEssential Functions:Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions.Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication though computer, electronic devices, and paper means.Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk and attending virtual meetings.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, business, childhood development, or related field2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, physician liaison, or medical salesStrong understanding of referral development and relationship managementExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel locally throughout New Jersey (60%)Preferred:Experience in behavioral health, ABA therapy, pediatrics, or autism servicesFamiliarity with insurance systems, especially commercial and Medicaid plans in New JerseyEstablished relationships within the New Jersey medical communityJob Type: Exempt, Full-TimePay is competitive and based on candidate qualifications and experience.
