3rd Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking dedicated 3rd Shift Machine Operators to join their dynamic team. As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operators

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Load, inspect, and process parts following detailed work instructions and visual aids
Ensure design features and tolerances meet manufacturing requirements through regular inspection
Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment
Make small offsets and tool adjustments to maintain process stability
Perform basic material handling, packing, quality control when necessary

What's Needed?

Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities to uphold quality standards
Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs
Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals
Comfortable recording data accurately in computer systems
