Senior Associate – Multifamily Development & Investments Washington, DC About the Firm A leading real estate investment and development firm specializing in multifamily residential properties . The firm is vertically integrated across acquisitions, development, and asset management, with a strong track record of developing and operating high-quality residential communities. The Role The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Washington, DC team and support the evaluation and execution of multifamily investment and development opportunities. Responsibilities: Underwrite multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities Build and review financial models and investment analyses Conduct market, property, and comparable analysis Support due diligence and transaction execution Evaluate development budgets, timelines, and projected returns Prepare investment materials and present recommendations to senior leadership Monitor investment and development performance Ideal Candidate 5–7 years of relevant real estate experience Strong multifamily and development background Experience in acquisitions, underwriting, or real estate investments Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established platform and take on meaningful responsibility across multifamily investment and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Chapman
