Key Responsibilities Include:Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filingsPropound and respond to written discoveryConduct witness and client interviewsTake and defend depositionsAttend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsWork with expert witnesses and consultantsAssist with settlement negotiations and litigation strategySalary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $190,000.
