Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking a Lead Dispatcher for the North Texas area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate vehicle dispatching activities to optimize fleet utilization.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and internal communication channels to facilitate real-time updates.
- Ensure adherence to transportation management policies.
- Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle status, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dispatching.
- Must be bilingual (spanish).
- Must have a driver's license.
- Must be able to work weekends as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for phone call management, customer service, and internal collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data using analytical skills to improve dispatching processes.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and clarity.
