Outlet Team Associate - Upper West Side

Summary Sales-focused retail associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals at the outlet store in the Upper West Side. Provide styling assistance, process transactions, and maintain a well-presented sales floor. Represent the brand through product knowledge, attention to detail, and a polished customer experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations. Drive sales through active and suggestive selling to meet individual and store targets. Operate the point-of-sale system to accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and stocked. Assist with receiving, inventory counts, pricing, and markdowns as needed. Requirements 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Basic cash-handling and POS experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
