Outlet Team Associate - Upper West Side

Summary
Sales-focused retail associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals at the outlet store in the Upper West Side. Provide styling assistance, process transactions, and maintain a well-presented sales floor. Represent the brand through product knowledge, attention to detail, and a polished customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Drive sales through active and suggestive selling to meet individual and store targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and stocked.
- Assist with receiving, inventory counts, pricing, and markdowns as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Basic cash-handling and POS experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
