Working closely with the Quality team and production staff, you'll conduct routine audits, verify adherence to quality standards, and document inspection findings. Your efforts will help strengthen process consistency, improve product quality, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements. Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving.
• Attention to detail for thorough inspections and audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

• Experience with quality management software and tools.
• Ability to maintain organized records and sustain digital quality documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Familiarity with root-cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO or ISO-related certifications.
• Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or technical diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in quality assurance or control within a production setting.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
