ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With 11 years of experience serving our community, our State Farm agency has grown into a diverse and dynamic team of eight professionalswith plans to expand to a team of twenty. We strive to create a supportive and rewarding workplace, offering two weeks of paid vacation, a Simple IRA with up to 3% matching, annual bonuses, and regular team-building activities such as happy hours and birthday celebrations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alice Kwon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
