$20.50-21 / Hour
2nd Shift: 2pm – 10pm 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6pm

Duties for Quality Technician position:
- Develop and maintain company inspection reports
- Inspect products according to quality and safety standards
- Ensure test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
- Report quality anomalies to supervision
- Collect test data and prepare quality reports
- Identify opportunities to improve quality control processes
- Ensure quality testing does not hinder production
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
- Report to the Plant Manager
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Requirements and Desired Skills for Quality Technician position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail
- Advanced organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience as an Inspection or Quality Technician
- Experience drafting reports and compiling data
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information
- Ability to monitor product quality without slowing production
- Strong time-management and timely feedback skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Reliably able to commute to Lebanon
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
