Scrum Master (Finance / Banking Domain)Key Responsibilities:Serve as Scrum Master for Agile squads delivering enterprise initiatives within Financial Services.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, Fleet Demos.Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlog.Drive sprint execution and ensure timely delivery of committed objectives.Remove blockers, risks, and impediments impacting team productivity.Track team metrics, velocity, burndown, sprint health, and improvement opportunities.Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, workflows, and overall Jira hygiene.Support quarterly planning (IBR), roadmap execution, strategic initiatives, modernization efforts, and hygiene tasks.Coordinate with cross-functional teams across business, technology, QA, release management, and operations.Manage release planning, deployment tracking, and change management activities.Create and manage Remedy change requests, proposals, and deployment tasks.Monitor production releases and ensure smooth deployment cycles.Conduct Agile maturity assessments and coach teams on best practices.Prepare status reports and provide transparency to leadership on risks, progress, and dependencies.Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.Required Skills:7+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.Banking / Financial Services domain Strong experience in the.Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and ceremonies.Hands-on experience with: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, Visio, Remedy Change Management.Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams.Ability to influence without direct authority.Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Summary:Stakeholder management, project delivery, and cross-functional team coordination.
