• Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, and meetings
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients
• Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development preferred
