You'll be successful if you can balance people leadership with day-to-day operational execution and continuous improvement.Your Impact:As an Operations Supervisor, you will:Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure service commitments are met.Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to support throughput and accuracy goals.Coach, develop, and hold associates accountable to performance, attendance, safety, and operational standards.Conduct shift meetings, communicate priorities, and foster a positive, high-performing team environment.Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety standards, and operational procedures.Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
