DescriptionCT Technologist - CT SCAN at St Jude Medical Center. This position is Per Diem and will work 10-hour Variable ShiftsUnder the general supervision of the Manager Diagnostic imaging or Supervisor CT Scan, the CT Technologist will perform a variety of computerized tomography (CT) procedures using the proper radiation safety practices. Performs various CT procedures according to accepted department protocols and hospital policies and procedures. Performs a variety of CT procedures for patients of any age group for diagnostic purposes according to department, hospital, and regulatory agency standards. Assist Radiologist and referring physicians as needed to perform CT procedures. In addition, the CT Technologist will work closely with the radiologists, other modalities, inpatient and outpatient CT departments, and will serve as a liaison to scheduling and referring physician offices.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable.
