Golden MGT, a local, family-owned property management company, is seeking a dependable, motivated Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Union, Missouri.

This position is responsible for maintaining Oak View Village , a well-maintained 138-unit villa community serving independent adults age 55 and older. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (HVAC certification is a plus but not required)
• Repair and replace household appliances
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs and preventative maintenance
• Perform routine building, grounds, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive property
• Participate in a 3 person on-call rotation for after-hour maintenance emergencies
• Complete other maintenance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
• Possess working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Be dependable, self-motivated, and organized
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties required of the position
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
