Pay & Compensation $85,000 – $150,000+ per year (top performers exceed this) $20/hour OR 15% commission (whichever is greater) Performance‑based bonuses Weekly earning potential based on production Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to customers Present and sell service options based on customer needsDeliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism Complete jobs efficiently and to company standards Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Requirements 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (REQUIRED) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience in customer‑facing service roles Ability to present options and close sales Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience with ServiceTitan Strong sales performance history Schedule Full‑time 8‑hour shifts Weekend availability as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
