Weekend Manager

Join Our Team! The Little Gym is looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-focused Weekend Manager to lead our team and create an amazing experience for children and families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on teaching in a fun, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure smooth class flow Lead, coach, and support staff members Teach gymnastics-based classes for children ages 10 months to 10 years Deliver exceptional customer service to families Handle front desk tasks (check-ins, scheduling, payments) Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience (preferred) Experience working with children (infants through elementary age) Ability to teach or lead gymnastics/physical activity classes Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Work With Us?
