Guest Experience Representative

About the Role As a Guest Experience Representative at our retail store in Bellevue, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well-stocked. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized store environment Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction Skills As a Guest Experience Representative, you will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
