We will rely on your expert knowledge and technical skills to manage the hands-on portion of the preventative maintenance program. By keeping others safe, your actions have meaningful impact.Responsibilities include:Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systemsMonitor HVAC systems and operations and ensure that routine preventive maintenance performs according to established schedules and standardsRespond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issuesCheck, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the systemAttends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularityMay be responsible for training new technicians in commercial HVAC systems, building management systems (BMS) and building automation systems (BAS).Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.What You Bring:Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.5 or more years of related work experience.Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
