Health Care QM Analyst [Remote]

Job Responsibilities:
- Entering state legislation, citations, and/or regulations into QuickBase portal
- Preparing signature in amendments and policies as required
- Triaging, organizing, and prepping regulatory projects from all intakes into QuickBase portal
- Assisting with prepping Binders for regulatory exams and/or filings
- Pulling/requesting policies
- Pulling staff counts related to licensure
- Pulling job descriptions
- Ombudsman/ ERISA (administrative duties)
Skills:
- HEDIS background is very helpful.
- Medical knowledge/terminology is required.
- Professional demeanor and good work ethic.
- Computer savvy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams/ Outlook, and Adobe reader required. Know how to save a file to a folder.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, concise and appropriate.
- Clinical experience/background is preferred but not required.
- QuickBase experience is preferred but not required.
- Utilization Review (UR) data experience
- MedCompass and ATV experience
- Legislation Review and process
Education/Experience:
- High School is MUST
