School-Based Physical Therapist - Riverside, CA

Ideal candidates will bring the following skills and experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Experience in school-based physical therapy settings is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise PTAs
• Willingness and flexibility to travel between locations as an itinerant clinician
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with diverse teams
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and effective documentation

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy assessments, interventions, and recommendations for students, ages preschool through high school
• Traveling to various school sites as part of an itinerant service model
• Serving as a supervisor to Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring quality and compliance with treatment plans
• Participating actively in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the development of student goals
• Communicating effectively with parents, educators, and related service providers
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting according to district and state guidelines
