Front Desk Coordinator (Administrative) Greater St Louis Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - Front Desk Coordinator Purpose Responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and processing through their appointment. Office Address 1034 South Brentwood Blvd, Suite 1010, St. Louis, MO 63117, United States Position Requirements Greet and receive patients in a friendly and professional manner Ensure patient data is accurate and current by reviewing it with the patient Document information in patient records system Prepare appropriate information prior to patient appointments Use discretion with all private information in a medical setting Verify patient insurance Communicate with other departments as required regarding patient accounts/concerns/questions Answer phones and direct call traffic as required Travel to other offices as necessary Qualifications Experience working in a medical or dental practice is preferred Excellent communication skills, professionalism and customer service ability Highly collaborative Ability to process information quickly and accurately Willingness to learn new skills Mature and dependable Knowledge of computer software applications OMS360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
