(Remote) (French Language Required) Location: Remote USA Engagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party Supplier Contracting Entity: Accenture Supplier of Record: eTeam Start Date: 11/17/2026 Duration: 6 Months with potential for extension About the Role We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of anAutomotive Dealer Communications Support Rep who is fluent in the French language, that will leverage their Automotive call center experience, customer service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail to deliver a positive customer experience. The right candidate will enjoy building relationships with customers, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate grit that will inspire others to strive for superior results. This opportunity is Remote and open to individuals located in the United States Additionally, the role requires access to reliable internet and the ability to manage all responsibilities from a home office. The project hours of operations will Monday – Friday, in which candidate must be available to work an8-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, eTeam, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes. Key Responsibilities Core Duties Provide real-time support to dealership personnel via inbound phone calls and live chat channels Accurately document and track all dealer interactions using CRM tools and internal systems. Research, resolve, or elevate dealer inquiries related to warranty claims, parts availability, order status, system access, or policy interpretation. Communicate clearly and professionally while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and SLAs. Deliverables or Project Scope Timely and accurate resolution of dealer inquiries across multiple support channels. Complete and accurate case documentation within CRM and internal tracking systems. Effective escalation of complex issues to ensure minimal disruption to dealer operations. Collaboration Tools or Platforms Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for interaction tracking and reporting. Live chat and telephony platforms supporting inbound dealer communications. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) for daily workflow and communication. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or dealer support experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience handling inbound phone calls in a customer-facing environment. Proficiency with CRM tools, live chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of experience supporting dealership personnel or customers in the automotive industry. Associate or technical degree in a related field. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Detail oriented with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Additional Information / Requirements Position requires regular attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours. Must be able to manage multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Compliance Notes This is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier.
