Client Service Representative (CSR) - Phipps

Summary The Client Service Representative (CSR) supports Boutique operations and delivers exceptional customer service at the Phipps location. This role manages POS transactions, aftersales and phone communication, maintains cash integrity, and assists with inventory control and loss prevention. The CSR also supports the selling floor and performs opening/closing and other operational tasks as needed. Responsibilities Provide a friendly, welcoming environment and outstanding customer service, including greeting customers and maintaining product knowledge. Accurately process sales on the register and maintain cash and media integrity; complete opening and closing procedures. Handle phone communications, messages, and customer inquiries with proper telephone etiquette. Manage customer exchanges and returns in partnership with Boutique leadership and support aftersales tasks such as packing and wrapping. Participate in inventories, receiving, merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, and general boutique operational tasks. Support loss prevention, safety, and security procedures and assist the selling floor as needed. Requirements 3+ years of retail cashiering experience; luxury background preferred. Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move or lift boxes and fixtures as required.
