Escrow Officer Opportunity

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a well-known credit union that invests in its people, supports professional growth, and remains deeply connected to the communities we serve. The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing escrow transactions from opening through closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Your specific duties will include:

• Open, manage, fund, and close residential, commercial, refinance, and FSBO escrow transactions.
• Prepare, review, and process escrow instructions, settlement statements, deeds, and other closing documents.
• Ensure escrow files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents to facilitate timely closings.
• Review and execute closing documents and ensure all funding and closing conditions are satisfied.
• Resolve title, lien, and escrow-related issues that may affect closing.
• Prepare closing figures, disburse funds, and complete post-closing documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the transaction process.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the escrow industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
• Strong knowledge of escrow and title practices, procedures, and documentation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with mobile home transactions.
• Experience with bulk transfer transactions.

Pay Rate Range: $29.00 - $36.00 an hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
