CNC Operator

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Bow, NH to bring on a CNC Operator. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential. Position: CNC Operator Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $20– $27.00/hour (based on experience) Location: Bow, NH Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Summary: Join a team where your skills matter. Duties & Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts Load raw materials and unload finished components Run multiple machines efficiently in a production environment Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Select and utilize proper tooling and fixtures Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Make minor program edits and adjust tooling/work offsets as needed Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Qualifications: CNC or machining experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read measurements and use precision tools Basic math skills (including geometry and trigonometry) Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn This is a great opportunity to get into a stable manufacturing company with long-term potential and hands-on training.
