Key highlights include: Strong, values-driven culture focused on accountability, quality, and teamwork Opportunities to lead large-scale, high-impact commercial projects Clear path for career advancement and leadership development Investment in training, mentorship, and continuous improvement Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits A company that emphasizes safety, innovation, and long-term employee success Job Details Core Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards Collaborate closely with Project Managers, executives, and clients Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations Qualifications: 8–15+ years of commercial construction experience 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar) Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) OSHA 30 certification preferred Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership and team development capabilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence Education: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Interested in hearing more?
