Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
