Company Information and Introduction Perm, Full Time Salary: €16.40 per hour Key Responsibilities and Duties Hospitality & Service Serving our guests in an efficient, friendly and quick manner. Understand and operate our online ordering system Managing the shift to ensure an accurate and efficient service to our guests and amazing hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste and upholding quality standards. Working in the kitchen and ensuring all orders are accurately collated to the highest standard for every customer. Stock and Procurement Taking in and documenting deliveries, ensuring all credit notes and returns are accounted for. Recording inventory and waste information. Operations Managing all functions on our daily checklist alongside the restaurant manager. Performing opening and closing procedures ensuring a smooth service and a clean environment at all times. Adhering to HACCP guidelines as per your training. Handle the reporting of all product quality failures (PQFs) quickly and appropriately Takes the necessary steps to ensure that all equipment functions properly in order to provide the team with the tools they need to serve our guests to our high standards Lead the team Training, coaching and guiding team members during the shift, ensuring that all communication and procedural tools are being used and followed in a continuous effort to achieve operational excellence. Ensuring proper staff utilisation, proper employee breaks and overall labour efficiency during the shift. Communicating with the next shift team leader to help prepare them to run an organised or productive shift too. Key Skills and Competencies Preferable experience in a high volume, fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment Previous experience in a supervisor role or leading people whilst not essential is a distinct advantage Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety regulations Ambitious leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive. #J-18808-Ljbffr HR Duo, Ltd.
