Caregiver (STNA/CNA) — On-Call with Guaranteed Pay, $20+/hr — Cincinnati

How this role works

This is an on-call caregiver position with guaranteed pay. You'll hold a set schedule open for us each week, and you'll be paid for those hours whether or not you're called in to a client. When we call, you go assist the client; when we don't, you're still paid for being available. It's the security of a steady paycheck with the flexibility of on-call work — starting at $20/hr.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Safely transfer clients using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and resident lifts
• Monitor and document vital signs, observations, and changes in condition
• Support medication reminders and follow each client's care plan, per HIPAA
• Provide attentive memory care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's
• Prepare meals to dietary needs and assist with feeding when needed
• Keep living spaces clean and safe with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and conversation that brightens a client's day
• Communicate with nurses, families, and the care team; respond calmly in emergencies

What we're looking for

• Active STNA/CNA certification (required)
• Caregiving experience (assisted living, home health, nursing home, or group home)
• Comfortable with lifts, transfers, and personal care
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care
• Reliable, flexible, and a true team player
• Able to travel to clients in and around the I-275 loop
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Willing to work with any type of client(pets, dogs, cats, smokers, etc)

Schedule (guaranteed, paid hours)

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 12 hour day shift availability

Every other Friday

Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

You're scheduled — and paid — for these hours whether or not a client visit is needed that day.

Pay & benefits

• $1,700 per paycheck / $850 per week
