Revenue Integrity Specialist

Working full-time during the day shift, the Revenue Integrity Specialist will manage charge capture and reconciliation processes across clinical departments, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote capacity for candidates residing in specific states. Key responsibilities Collaborates with service line leaders to implement charge capture process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance Analyzes charge review findings and denial trends to recommend improvements in documentation and billing accuracy Partners with billing teams to resolve claim errors and validate accurate charge capture and reporting Required qualifications Associate Degree in a healthcare or finance-related field Five years of experience in a coding or billing role One of the following coding credentials: AAPC/AHIMA: RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC, CPC-H
