Located in Eureka, CA Salary: $23.52-$28.56 Legal Administrative Assistant Location: Eureka, CAPay: $23.52-$28.56 Schedule: Full-Time About the Opportunity Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy legal office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, and enjoys providing administrative support in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Front office reception and client greeting
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Update and maintain case information in the law firm's database
- Provide administrative support to staff attorneys
- Assist with document management and file organization
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in an administrative support role required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with common office software and database systems
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds, including case files
