Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a critical care setting and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Details

• Unit: Neuro ICU
• Unit Type: ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) with every other weekend required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a Neuro ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, performing necessary interventions as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting care and patient response to treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care nursing environment.
• Must possess ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.
