Contract | Onsite | Rotational Shifts including Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients across a main campus and satellite clinic locations
• Deliver direct patient care to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patient populations
• Serve as a clinical pharmacist supporting both inpatient and outpatient departments
• Administer and uphold pharmacy policies and procedures in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values
• Opportunity to advance through tier levels from Staff Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist, with expanded responsibilities including oversight of specialized pharmacy-based clinics and clinical program development

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
• Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Must be able to clear a fingerprint background check prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multi-specialty or referral healthcare setting serving diverse patient populations
• Background in specialized pharmacy clinic management or clinical program development
