We're seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Support Representatives . In this role, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide exceptional service while building trusted, long-term relationships.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

• Provide outstanding customer service and client support.

• Explain life and supplemental health benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.

• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and professional development.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
