Registered Nurse In The Pacu
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the PACU, where you'll provide critical care to patients recovering from surgery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor vital signs and level of consciousness post-anesthesia
- Administer and titrate medications, including pain management and anesthesia reversal agents
- Recognize and respond to airway complications
- Start and manage IV lines, administering fluids and medications
- Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Care for patients after various major surgeries, including general, vascular, neuro, and orthopedic
What We Need To See
- Active RN license in California
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- 2-3 years of PACU/Critical Care experience
